My name is David Ector, and I serve as the founder for Right Turn Re-Entry Program.

The Right Turn Re-Entry program is one of the few places in Central Ohio where adversity is transformed into opportunity.

The statement “if you’ve never been indicted, you ain’t invited” reflects our commitment to creating opportunities specifically for individuals who are often overlooked but ready to prove themselves.

On July 2nd, 2026, we will be hosting another Right Turn Re-Entry Job Fair, an employment-focused event designed to connect motivated, work ready individuals returning from incarceration with employers who are willing to offer meaningful opportunities and second chances.

The mission of the Right Turn Re-Entry program is to create pathways from incarceration to employment by equipping individuals with tools, support, and accountability needed to successfully reintegrate into the workforce and society. We believe employment is the foundation for stability, and your participation plays a critical role in that transformation.

We are also inviting select employers to host a vendor table at this event. As a participating employer, your organization will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct on-the-spot interviews

• Accept job applications directly from candidates

• Identify qualified individuals for immediate or future employment

• Engage with candidates who have completed workforce readiness preparation

• Support mock interviews and provide real-time feedback

  We understand that second-chance hiring requires trust and partnership, and we are here to support both employers and participants throughout the process.
